I am passionate about finding innovative, sustainable solutions to real-world challenges. Since ninth grade, I’ve devoted much of my time and energy to the Spirulina Initiative in Uganda, a project focused on fighting malnutrition. Each week, I work with my team to research spirulina cultivation, explore ways to improve production, and stay connected with our partners in Uganda to track progress. I’m now preparing to return to Uganda, where I’ll help address challenges, evaluate the greenhouses’ progress, and find ways to make the initiative more effective and sustainable.
